Job Description

Bring your expertise to JPMorgan Chase. As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.

As an Employee Conduct Senior Officer supporting the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance (GACC), you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust compliance framework to ensure adherence to global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You will focus primarily on the firm’s Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Program, strengthening governance of third party engagements and risk-based controls to manage corruption risk. Additionally, you will be a part of the firm's broader Global Employee Compliance and Conduct organization, which provides compliance coverage in relation to key employee-related regulatory and compliance risks such as Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Code and Conduct, Licensing and Registration, and Personal Account Dealing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory support on the use of third party intermediaries, including policy interpretation, risk scoping, and processing pre-clearance requests.
  • Manage the end-to-end TPI pre-clearance workflow and inventory; track timely reviews, dispositions, and SLA adherence across stakeholders.
  • Partner with technology teams to maintain and improve TPI workflow tools; drive enhancements to third party risk controls and automation.
  • Develop and maintain TPI risk metrics and scorecards to assess control effectiveness; produce periodic reporting for senior management.
  • Coordinate and execute periodic monitoring and testing of TPI processes, including due diligence refresh cycles, adverse media reviews, and control performance assessments.
  • Support the anti-corruption violation framework for TPI matters, including intake, triage, documentation, escalation, remediation tracking, and lessons learned.
  • Draft and deliver anti-corruption training and awareness materials tailored to TPI risks and audience needs.
  • Participate in regulatory change management and cross-functional working groups impacting TPI controls and processes.
  • Partner with risk partner groups (e.g., Third Party Oversight, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance), and business stakeholders to ensure consistent global execution of TPI controls.
  • Prepare and present concise, persuasive materials to senior management, including status updates, key issues, and risk insights.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proven success driving complex projects to completion.
  • Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective, energetic collaborator committed to a positive team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Strong sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; J.D. preferred but not required.
  • 3 + years of experience in compliance, legal/regulatory, or risk roles; anti-corruption experience a plus.
