Join JPMorgan Chase’s Global Payments organization as the Business Manager (BM) for Liquidity and Account Solutions where you will play a pivotal role in guiding the business’s next phase of global growth - expanding market share, product reach, and geographic footprint. You will partner with product heads and senior leaders across Banking and Payments organizations to drive business performance and empower a high-performing, inclusive team to deliver results. As Business Manager, you will combine financial rigor, disciplined governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional partnership to scale the business and turn insights into outcomes.

As a Managing Director on our Liquidity and Account Solutions Global Business team, you will report to the Treasury Services CFO and serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Liquidity and Account Solutions. You will set clear financial goals, business strategy and connect outcomes to business priorities and investments, managing a large, complex financial ecosystem across deposits, Net Interest Income (NII), Non-Interest Revenue (NIR), forecasting, and multi-year planning. You will track monthly variance to plan, identify performance drivers, and build forward-looking views while establishing strong governance and crisp communication pathways for major changes. You will navigate stakeholders across product, sales, coverage, treasury, and control partners to manage risk, address recurring questions, and keep execution on track.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end financial agenda and P&L for Liquidity and Account Solutions globally - set goals, monitor monthly variance to plan, and deliver forward-looking forecasts across deposits, NII, NIR, and multi-year planning.
  • Create scaled growth of market share, product adoption, and geographic expansion by aligning operating models and priorities with product, sales, coverage, and CIB Treasury partners.
  • Lead a global team of business managers and finance professionals across New York metro, London, Singapore, and India; build an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear accountability.
  • Establish and run robust governance forums; identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks; communicate major changes clearly to senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
  • Create and harmonize KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting automation to improve decision-making, productivity, and transparency across products and regions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Treasury Services CFO and the Global Head of Liquidity and Account Solutions; create executive-ready materials and respond to ad hoc requests with speed and precision.
  • Oversee cross-functional delivery across product, sales, coverage, operations, finance, marketing, and control partners to deliver strategic initiatives on time and at scale.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years in finance, business management, strategy, or COO roles within financial services, with direct accountability for business financials and outcomes.
  • Liquidity, Deposits Management, and/or Treasury Services domain expertise across regions.
  • Deep financial acumen across deposits, NII/NIR; skilled in monthly variance-to-plan analysis, forecasting and scenario planning, and multi-year planning.
  • Proven leadership of large, multi-region teams; experienced in organizational design and recalibrating roles and responsibilities to meet evolving priorities.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder influence; operates as a trusted advisor to CFOs and business heads; strong governance and risk management discipline.
  • Cross-functional collaborator aligning product, sales, coverage, CIB Treasury, operations, finance, and control partners; advanced analytical and storytelling skills with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Will consider qualified, experienced Executive Director level candidates

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience partnering with Treasury functions on balance sheet optimization and funding strategy.
  • Track record leading large-scale transformation, operating model design, and global scale-up.
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting automation (tool-agnostic).
  • Great time management, prioritization, and executive communication.
