As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Bank Technology team, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including employees, and stakeholders. Job responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
• Set the cadence, agenda, coordinate logistics and create materials for recurring stakeholder updates on progress as well as future roadmap
• Be a culture carrier and trusted advisor by ensuring success of all stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
• Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
• Advanced expertise in managing cadence and communication of status, progress and value to ensure engagement of all stakeholders.
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery organization
• Strategic, organizational thinker with a track record of strengthening program governance and controls within a large organization
• Experience with the tools used to produce governance documentation, stakeholder communications, and track program metrics (PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to coach others in the best ways to present and explain information concisely tailored to the target audience
