Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisition team, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
- Client coverage of priority accounts from an M&A perspective, in partnership with client executive bankers.
- Target deal origination, analysis, and strategy.
- Day-to-day leadership of M&A transaction execution projects.
- Management of transaction deal teams.
- Partnership with equity, debt, and markets groups covering the region.
- Management of marketing materials.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of prior experience in an M&A or relevant investment banking role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior team leadership experience.
- Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other lines of business.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
