หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ปฏิบัติงาน ณ The River Villa Juristic Person, อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี

1. จัดให้มีการบำรุงรักษาอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพดี รวมถึงการดูแลให้เกิดความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้อาคาร

2. อำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้พักอาศัยต่าง ๆ ของอาคาร และผู้มาติดต่อ

3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับคณะกรรมการ

4. ติดต่อประสานงานกับคณะกรรมการ นำเสนอ และรับนโยบายในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์กับอาคารสูงสุด

5. จัดหาและนำเสนอผู้รับเหมาให้คณะกรรมการ รวมทั้งควบคุมงานให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของคณะกรรมการ

6. ตรวจสอบและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายอาคาร

7. ให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำแก่พนักงานทุกคน เพื่อให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงกับแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทฯ

8. ควบคุมดูแลให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยของบริษัทฯ

9. เก็บรักษาและดูแลการเบิกจ่ายเงินสดย่อย

10. ควบคุมประสานงานกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการต่าง ๆ ของอาคารเช่น กำจัดแมลง ลิฟท์ ฯลฯ

11. ควบคุมประสานงานกับบริษัทซึ่งเป็นผู้รับเหมาช่วง ของบริษัทฯ เช่นบริษัทรักษาความสะอาด บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัย

12. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานของราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

13. นำเสนอการปรับปรุง/ซ่อมแซมอาคาร อุปกรณ์อาคารต่าง ๆ

14. จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบรายงานประจำเดือนเพื่อนำเสนอผู้ว่าจ้าง

15. จัดเตรียมแผนฉุกเฉินและให้มีการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เพื่อความปลอดภัยต่าง ๆ

16. จัดเตรียมและนำเสนองบประมาณในส่วนต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับอาคาร17. จัดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญ, วิสามัญ, ประชุมคณะกรรมการ

17. ทักษะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
