We’re looking for a Global Data Governance Lead to join our fast‑paced, multinational account. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, handles multiple priorities, and is eager to work with cutting‑edge AI tools and data governance practices. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia‑Pacific to enhance data quality, ensure compliance, and support innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with global and regional teams to implement data governance standards and processes.
- Monitor, improve, and maintain data quality across multiple platforms and AI systems.
- Support AI model data validation and ensure governance frameworks are followed.
- Manage priorities and deliver quickly in a high‑volume, rapidly changing environment.
- Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
- Help create documentation, processes, and training materials that improve global consistency and understanding.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in data governance, quality management, or analytics in a complex, multi‑region setting.
- Ability to work at speed and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Understanding of AI tools and a genuine interest in continuous learning and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a fair and collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working with cultural diversity and across multilingual global teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and familiarity with GDPR principles.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, and basic data governance concepts
- Familiarity with data quality assessment and basic data profiling techniques
- Some exposure to AI/ML concepts and data requirements preferred
