Role overview — why this matters We are hiring a Manager within Clinical Supply Quality (CSQ) at our Beerse site. CSQ provides end‑to‑end quality and compliance oversight for the clinical supply chain, ensuring GMP‑released and QP‑certified investigational medicinal products (IMPs) reach clinical sites on time. Our portfolio spans synthetic, proteins and cell and gene therapies produced across internal pilot plants, commercial sites and external partners.

This dual‑focus role is perfect for a growth‑minded leader who wants to develop people, influence strategy, and build robust quality systems across a global clinical supply chain.

What you’ll do (high‑impact responsibilities)

• Lead, coach and grow a team of QA professionals responsible for GMP release of clinical IMPs — establish a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

• Own global release decisions for clinical IMPs and local release of incoming materials.

• Lead Quality Oversight for Clinical Supply Chain Warehouse Operations (drug product, packaging & labelling pilot plants) and help define the Warehouse & Distribution strategy for the Beerse campus.

• Drive continuous improvement: challenge the status quo, implement breakthrough ideas and sustain measurable gains in quality and compliance.

• Manage deviations, investigations and CAPAs to timely closure; evaluate and control changes that affect quality, compliance or registration.

• Lead quality review meetings and represent Quality during health authority inspections.

• Provide ERP user requirements and contribute as Quality representative in strategic site projects.

Who you are (skills and experience)

• University degree with scientific orientation.

• Passionate people leader who enjoys coaching and developing talent.

• 5+ years’ industry experience; experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and QA is an asset.

• Deep working knowledge of cGMP and GDP.

• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen — able to work independently while aligning cross‑functionally.

• Fast learner with an interest in new technologies and digital capabilities.

• Proactive problem solver with a “can‑do” mentality and sound risk management approach.
