We are searching for the best talent for Sales Supervisor – Bio Surgery to be in Seoul – multiple positions.

Purpose: To accelerate new business development and profitable growth in Bio surgery platform via proactive collaboration with Surgery sales team, related enable functions and / or external experts

You will be responsible for:

  • To analyze market data to identify market potential, obtain market insight and monitor key intelligence on bio surgery (Hemostasis Products) trends in healthcare industry.
  • To pursue business opportunities to drive Bio surgery business by approaching and identifying the right customers and commercial partners
  • To drive new market penetration, accelerate business growth and expand market potential in the untapped specialty market.
  • Working with business partners and sales teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • To build a rapport and trust with key customers and engage them
  • Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns and business plans.
  • Develop a market access strategy for Bio surgery by analyzing market data and the purchasing processes of hospitals
  • Identify market opportunities

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 6–9 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with sales or marketing management experience covering both clinics and tertiary/university hospitals
  • Ability to lead new market opportunities and capable of managing business operations
  • Sales & market analysis and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Positive thinking with agility
  • Effective team management with excellent communication skills
  • Excellence in spoken & written English
