We are seeking a strategic, ambitious, and insight‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the ACUVUE® brand in Malaysia. In this role, you will shape category growth, elevate brand power, and champion innovation in the Vision Care market especially across Premium Daily Disposable, Toric, and Multifocal segments.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies to accelerate category growth and strengthen ACUVUE® leadership in Premium Daily Disposable, Toric, and Multifocal segments.
- Drive the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion by shaping consumer perceptions, stimulating demand, and improving new wearer recruitment.
- Lead ATL and digital campaigns by collaborating closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful and insight‑led brand communications.
- Translate market, consumer, and ECP insights into actionable business strategies with clear KPIs, ROI frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Localize and adapt regional/global activations for the Malaysian market, ensuring excellence in execution and brand consistency.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Professional Education, Regulatory, and regional teams to strengthen ECP advocacy and elevate customer ecosystem performance.
- Optimize marketing investments, manage budgets effectively, and drive financial performance including revenue, market share, and margin mix.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team (3 direct reports) to build a strong marketing organization grounded in data, creativity, and execution rigor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Preferably 6–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product management preferably in FMCG, healthcare, optical, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience driving marketing fundamentals including ATL planning, funnel management, and agency partnership leadership.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into commercially actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale campaigns and adapting global materials for local execution.
- Experience managing teams and projects with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI.
- Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role, including potential development toward Business Unit Leader (BUL) succession.
