The Product Director will develop and execute multiple myeloma market development and continued elevation of Janssen’s novel CAR-T therapy in multiple myeloma. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing market development initiatives. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including brand marketing, field sales (OS, TLLs, LMS), and strategic alliance partners at Legend Biotech to help execute key business initiatives.

Position Description:

  • Leads development of marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals. These plans will include leading development and execution of peer-to-peer marketing strategy and content creation across indications for CARVYKTI.

  • Lead creation of comprehensive KoL engagement strategy for top Carvykti accounts partnering with various field teams and strategic alliance partners to drive Carvykti advocacy & utilization vs. competition.

  • Shape the future educational plan for CARVYKTI through development of innovative personal and non-personal educational platforms.

  • Develop and lead congress and convention strategy and execution; collaborate with US medical affairs and global marketing to ensure alignment.

  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team for current and future Carvykti indications (CARTITUDE-5).

  • Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Strategic Alliance Partner, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program

  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred:

  • People leadership experience

  • Experience in oncology

  • Experience in strategic alliance management

  • Previous customer facing experience

  • Experience with product launch
