1. Position: Marketing Intern(Aesthetics-Mentor)2. Sector: Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Taiwan3. Location: Taipei

4. Job Type: Summer Intern

5. Working Period: 8–10 weeks (mid or late June 2026 – late August or mid September 2026)

Summary

The intern will work closely with the Mentor Product Manager to support branding and digital initiatives, including managing online channels (especially social media) and ensuring consistent and accurate product representation across platforms. The role also involves supporting data analysis related to brand campaigns, sales performance, and market opportunities to inform optimization and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of online channels, including modifying and publishing content for the website and monitoring social media

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product information is accurately represented online

  • Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including social media advertising and search engine marketing

  • Assist in translating data insights into actionable recommendations for rebranding, content optimization, and go-to-market initiatives

  • Support ad hoc analytical requests related to brand campaigns, sales performance, and market opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate information into clear and engaging content.

  • Advanced skills for Microsoft office program for data compiling and analysis

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills related to brand management and content development

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics tools

  • Understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms

  • Ability to recognize differences in content communication for different target audiences (e.g., consumers vs. healthcare professionals)
