We are looking for a Medical Advisor Hematology for our offices in Greece:
Medical Advisor to provide 360° scientific leadership and drive the Medical Affairs Plan in alignment with cross‑functional strategic objectives. As the scientific expert for internal stakeholders and the strategic coordinator for Field Medical Affairs (FMA), you’ll ensure robust medical strategy implementation, compliant scientific exchange, and impactful external engagement.
Main Duties

Serve as the core Medical Affairs counterpart in the cross-functional Brand Team (CVT)
-
Provide FMAs with clear strategic direction and quarterly objectives; collect and escalate actionable insights across CVT and above‑country teams.

Act as the internal scientific reference for the therapeutic area; maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, treatment trends, and clinical evidence.
-
Own the Medical Affairs budget and Medical Activities Plan; prioritize activities and ensure accurate spending

Lead medical review of regulatory texts (mSPCs, RMPs, ICDs) and review promotional/scientific materials for accuracy and compliance.

Support IIS initiatives and GCO priorities

Build and manage relationships with KOLs and Local Scientists; ensure actionable insights generation, and facilitate scientific dialogue

Act as the local Medical Affairs contact point for European/Global/Above‑Country initiatives; ensure full alignment with company values, HCC, PV, GCP, regulatory, industry codes, and local legislation.

Maintain up to 30% field presence focused on top‑tier KOL scientific engagement.
Education & Experience:
- Advanced university and post-graduate degree in life sciences
- MD degree or PhD preferred
- 2-5 years of work experience in Medical Affairs roles required
- Proficient in Greek and English both in written and oral
- Impactful Presentation Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license is needed

- Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and accountability skills
- Great command of communication skills, verbal, oral and written, and good presentation skills
- Natural curiosity with strong work ethics
