The Vein‑to‑Vein (V2V) organization plays a critical role in delivering life‑saving cell therapies by ensuring the end‑to‑end orchestration of patient material—from collection to infusion—across a complex, global supply chain.
As our operations grow in scale and complexity, data connectivity, automation, and digital insights become essential enablers of reliability, speed, and compliance.
This role is designed for a high‑potential junior professional who will act as a digital multiplier within V2V operations:
- Connecting data across systems
- Turning information into actionable insights
- Simplifying and automating operational workflows
- Experimenting with AI and low‑code tools to improve day‑to‑day execution
You will not only support operations—you will actively shape smarter ways of working. You will represent the business in a hub and spoke model where digital enablement is centrally governed and business teams are empowered to build solutions through citizen development.
Key Accountabilities
1.
Digital Enablement through Citizen Development:
- Act as the primary digital point of contact for EMEA V2V order management and delivery operations
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or digitize operational processes
- Design and build citizen development solutions using low‑code / no‑code tools
- Maintain and continuously improve existing digital solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and digital partners (Patient Experience & Delivery, JJT, etc.)

Data Integration & Insight Generation:
- Support the connection, transformation, and harmonization of data across systems
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide:Operational visibility
- Performance tracking
- Early risk indicators
- Translate complex data into clear, business‑relevant insights for non‑technical stakeholders
3.
Automation & Workflow Optimization:
- Develop and optimize automated workflows (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx)
- Reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle times in daily operations
- Support scalability and robustness of digital solutions
4.
AI Exploration & Innovation:

Experiment with AI and emerging digital tools (eg. Copilot) relevant to operations and decision‑making

Translate promising use cases into practical, compliant applications

5. Data Quality & Scalability

Contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and governance

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and fit for a regulated environment
Required Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data, Engineering, Economics or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem‑solving
- Clear interest in digital tools, automation, and AI
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and take initiative
- Strong communication skills—able to translate data into clear insights
- Fluent in English
Technical Exposure (Nice to Have)
- Initial hands‑on experience (internship, thesis, project work) with:Power BI
- Alteryx
- SQL
- Python
- Power Automate or similar tools
