Ÿ 本科及以上学历，医学/药学临床/影像/超声专业本科毕业优先，心脏电生理硕士优先

Ÿ 能独立完成工作职责，并通过相关专业知识考试

Ÿ 医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验

Ÿ 良好的医学专业英文优先

工作职责：

Ÿ 利用专业的电生理知识和技能，为术者提供手术支持，确保手术安全顺利进行；

Ÿ 熟悉客户手术习惯，与术者高效沟通，不断精进专业技能，在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手术支持

Ÿ 紧跟行业和公司发展趋势，主动学习和掌握行业内新理念、新技术，新产品的优势和使用，能够制定针对性、可拆解的推广沟通方案

Ÿ 熟练使用新产品、数字化等新工具以及新技术，协助专业教育团队提升术者理念，技能和信心

Ÿ 有效传递新产品、新技术的价值，不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度，以安全高效的方式开展手术，服务病患

Ÿ 承担区域内人员的专业赋能培训工作，负责新产品新技术相关的专业赋能。搭建学习和赋能体系，帮助区域内成员专业水平不断进阶。

Ÿ 严格遵守公司的合规政策，完成上级交予的其他任务
