Job Description:

業務内容

  • 整形外科医と深い信頼関係を築き、整形外科手術において使用される縫合糸、皮膚用接着剤、局所止血材を提案する。
  • 医療従事者のニーズを捉え、製品提案を通じた価値創造を行う。
  • 自社製品の安全適正使用啓発のための情報提供を行い、質の高い手術が行われる環境を医療従事者とともに創造する。
  • 担当テリトリー/病院を持ち、エリアをマネジメントしながら、自社製品の売上最大化を行う。
  • サージェリー内のチームメンバーと良好な関係を構築し、整形外科ビジネスを加速させるための情報連携・発信を行う

求める経験・スキル

  • 医療機器メーカー・代理店※にて 営業経験3年以上、またこの期間に特筆すべき成果を上げられていること
  • 整形外科医を対象とする製品を扱う営業経験を2年以上有していることが望ましい

予定勤務地:関東エリアもしくは、関西エリア
