Job Description:

As a Trainee at Johnson & Johnson, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and ambitious environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of various projects, ensuring fl awless execution and adherence to timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze information, and provide actionable insights.

Participate in team meetings, providing updates and contributing to discussions on project progress.

Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing project status and outcomes.

Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Familiarity with laboratory work including plan and execute experiments

Qualifi cations

Education:

Student in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology or a related fi eld.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

Qualifi cations - External

Preferred:

Previous internship or work experience in a related fi eld.

Experience in conducting research and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong interest in Research and Development

Result oriented and able to work under pressure

Creative thinking, conceptual design, installation, and implementation

Other:

Profi ciency in German/English is required

No travel required

No specifi c certifi cations are required, but any relevant certifi cations will be considered a plus.
