We are searching for the best talent for our Deliver Manager.

Purpose: The Deliver Manager, is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery operations across the South Hub region, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role acts as a key interface between regional leadership, cross-functional teams, and local delivery units, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead and manage delivery operations across the South Hub, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional strategies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service) and external partners to optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards across all delivery activities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on delivery performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in delivery management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
