Location: Johnson & Johnson site, Borgo San Michele — Latina, Italy
Position: Internship openings in Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT)

Key responsibilities (support role during the internship):

• Support New Product Introduction/Data Science projects in Manufacturing
• Assist in preparing related documentation (protocols and reports)
• Help identify improvement projects within MSAT
• Support the MSAT New Product Introduction/Data Science team in coordinating manufacturing departments and other groups for validation activities
• Assist in managing non-conformances and change requests
• Help coordinate project activities related to validations and shop floor activities
• Collaborate with other functions to define equipment recipes
• Support pipeline activities (PPV, code creation, etc.)
• Assist in analysis of process/analytical/PAT data

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology
• Vey good level of English is required for this internship (B2+ and Above)
• Analytical and statistical skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in Italian
• Motivation to learn in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
