We are searching for the best talent for Joints Territory Manager covering Alain.

Purpose:

• Attends Joints surgeries and support surgeons and nurses in their operations

• Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BPs

• Ensures optimum service provided for HCPs and increases Joints market share in Alain

You will be responsible for:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with selling products to surgeons and other OR professionals, and supports team on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

• Support Surgeons and nurses in Joints surgeries in operation theatres

• Helps with the development of Clinical Sales - Surgeons area implementation plans, activities, and next steps required to close key opportunities.

• Supports UAE Joints team in different territories when needed

• Demonstrates broad product and procedural knowledge, clinical and procedural excellence, product expertise, and new product introduction experience.

• Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.

• Adhere to company reporting system

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience Required

• Education: Medical background is preferred

• Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of Orthopaedic experience

• Language: English, Arabic is a plus

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as De Puy Synthes.
