Job Description:

Summary

We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Product Analyst to join our technology team based in Schaffhausen Switzerland! We need a top-tier individual technical contributor. You will establish processes and methods and act as Technical Product analyst for the technolgoy team. Apply your skills build and embrace industry leading processes.

Core responsibilities

Implements processes to review and translate product roadmap features into well-defined deployments, and acceptance test criteria.

Supports and directs vendors and partners to work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

Assists in the management of experimentation procedures to address product development issues, and compiles results for review with product teams

Helps establish and maintain policies for working in a GxP environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines timelines and deliverables, and sees opportunities and risks.

Assesses innovation opportunities to experiment and confront problems of large complexity and scope.

Confers with teams on design and research initiatives in order to improve existing services or product features.

Delivers technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents for internal and external distribution.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Required qualifications

  • Background in a regulated industry or experience working with compliance/regulatory constraints.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design or related field

  • Experience with analytics platforms

  • Familiarity with technical architectures relevant to the product domain (cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, etc.)

  • Language: English and/or German

Key Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing technical reports and presenting findings.

Stakeholder management and influence across functions and levels.

Ability to balance technical tradeoffs and prioritize competing needs.
