Job Description:

• Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally-managed programs and innovative initiatives for the accounting area, under general supervision.

• Supports projects (CFIN L1), programs, and processes for the accounting area (US GAAP tax accounting & US GAAP LE lens report)

• Implements accounting practices and documentation procedures in accordance with GAAP (Japan/Taiwan Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable governance policies (Statistical data provision).

• Conducts Statutory Financial Statements reviews with business finance header.

• Coordinates routine preparation of reports and data for internal and external audits from Japan /Taiwan GAAP perspective, as well as ad hoc requests.

• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day to-day interactions with team, e.g. tax audit.

• Fluent English both in speaking and writing.

• Japanese is prefered.
