Job Description:

The role is going to be responsible for development of doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured scientific educational training programs.

• Ensures HCPs are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products.

• Contribute to technology reach & adoption goals in this segment through training initiatives across assigned product ranges.

• Ensure internal & external customer delight and help grow assigned category.

• Educate & make JJSV brands the preferred choice through training.

• Build and track opportunities for internal team members.

• Build in house training plan/s as per customer requirement and implement it.

• Maintain a positive relationship with customers with the goal of improving category outcomes by assessment, critique and training.

• Communicate and empower via direct meetings and interactions with surgeons, administrators and key decision makers.

• Augment the sales efforts in the assigned territory through training activities.

Experience:

• Should have 1-5 years of working experience as a trainer/counselor/Optometrist/Sales domain with thorough understanding of managed care.

• An Optometrist with an experience of delivering trainings is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and knowledge of local language-Bengali is desirable.

• Should be comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model – virtual & in-person.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in Optometry is mandatory.

• A master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
