We are searching for the best talent for Senior Analyst Quality Control position for our Ness Ziona site.
Position Summary
This role is intended for a senior analyst who works both hands-on at the bench and contributes to laboratory management.
This Role
- Performs QC analytical testing in accordance with GMP, approved methods, and procedures (Enzymatic/Protein assays Experience - significant adv.)
- Develops and supports implementation of laboratory practices.
- Participates in planning and implementation of changes in analytical methods, tooling, equipment, and test scheduling.
- Mentors, coaches, and trains QC staff through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Supports development and tracking of QC metrics to monitor and improve product and system quality.
- Prepares quality control reports, technical summaries, and documentation as required.
- Operates in full compliance with GMP, Israel labor law regulations, J&J policies, values, and Code of Conduct.
- Drives operational excellence.
- Communicates quality-related risks, issues, and improvement opportunities to management as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support business and quality objectives.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a QC Analyst in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environment.
- Enzymatic/Protein assays Experience - significant advantage
- Proven experience working under GMP, including documentation, data integrity, investigations, and audit support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- High quality and compliance mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level English (reading, writing, speaking) is a MUST.
