We are searching for the best talent for a Digital Solution Principal Product Owner role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.
Purpose: The Digital Solution PO for the Digital Solution infrastructure team of ~10 engineers is responsible for the developing the infrastructure based on the definitions received from the Digital Solution Architect, the integration with all components, and the organization synchronization.
You will be responsible to:

Work with the architect to Translate objectives into clear epics, features and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Architect, SW cloud, backend, frontend, IoT, testing, data/analytics, QA, regulatory) to deliver incremental value.
-
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and maintain release planning and cadence.
-
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering; balance scope, schedule, technical constraints and risk.
-
Ensure secure development practices and collaborate with cybersecurity/Dev Sec Ops on threat modeling, secure design, vulnerability remediation and incident response readiness.
-
Track KPIs, provide regular progress reporting to leadership, and escalate risks and dependencies promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Proven Product Owner experience with SaaS products; demonstrable experience writing epics, features and user stories and managing Agile teams.
-
Proven Agile methodologies experience (Scrum, Kanban), backlog management and release planning.
-
Strong working knowledge of cloud software development lifecycles and engineering practices.
-
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals relevant to connected products (secure SDLC, authentication/authorization, encryption, threat modeling).
-
Self-managed, proactive, organized, and able to drive cross-team coordination with limited supervision.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proven team player and collaborator.
-
Experience with IoT device-cloud integration - advantage.
-
Experience in Med Tech or other regulated industries and familiarity with regulatory requirements for software/connected devices (FDA 21 CFR part 820, MDR, ISO 13485) - advantage.

Knowledge of privacy and security regulations and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 - advantage.

Experience working with legal, compliance and QA to support audits, submissions and regulatory filing readiness - advantage.
