We are searching for the best talent for Senior Commercial Compliance Manager to be in Poland, Czechia or Turkey.

• Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations..

• Reviews and advises on new or revised business strategies, initiatives, and projects to ensure risks are effectively mitigated.

• Leads a team of compliance associates that provide compliance guidance and related services to the business to ensure compliance coverage across all regulations.

• Identifies compliance risks resulting from new or revised laws and regulations, ensures action plans are developed to manage the risks, including effective training, procedures, and other controls.

• Provides guidance to the business to ensure documents, projects, processes or product initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements and enterprise policy.

• Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

• Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 278 000 PLN to 478 000 PLN Gross annually.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year.
