We are searching for the best talent for Executive Account Specialist_Onco(Hema)_North
You will be responsible for:

Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.
-
Applies in-depth knowledge of Oncology/Hematology products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs.

Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies.
-
Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations.
-
Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.
-
Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.
-
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.âUnderstands and applies Johnson & Johnsonâs Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
