We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E2E Supply Chain & Transformation Manager to lead our Supply Chain team at our Ness Ziona site, Israel.

The E2E Supply Chain & Transformation Manager will lead the End-to-End Supply Chain and Planning function for Johnson & Johnson Biosurgery (Omrix) manufacturing sites, owning Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Import/Export and Procurement. Develop and execute an integrated E2E supply chain strategy for the Evarrest Value Stream to ensure product availability, meet service targets, and minimize total cost. Drive continuous improvement, align cross‑functional partners to resolve supply‑demand imbalances, and deliver operational KPIs.

This position is responsible for the following activities:

Production planning & service projections

  • Own monthly production plan, balancing service levels and Supply Network Planning inputs.
  • Full responsibility for detailed FG, WIP, and RM scheduling.
  • Lead weekly operational and STEM meetings; drive adjustments to mitigate risks and ensure plan accountability.
  • Model supply scenarios vs. demand, quantify business impacts, and propose data-backed options.
  • Improve backorder and service metrics through recovery scenario analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor plan attainment, service metrics and implement corrective actions.

Supply chain transformation

  • Lead E2E process optimization and digital automation strategy.
  • Define risk-mitigation approaches for supply disruptions.
  • Drive process simplification and continuous improvement to reduce waste.
  • Serve as Value Stream Supply Chain Lead for the product; Support strategy execution, cross-functional projects, and portfolio growth.

Network transformation

  • Manage manufacturing and supplier transformation projects including delivering on project milestones, organizational design and capabilities build
  • Support capacity expansion: cycle-time reduction, scenario planning.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Lead Supply Review meetings and ensure supply feedback/escalation into IBP.
  • Participate in demand-to-supply handover and execute IBP-aligned decisions.
  • Lead volume planning and inventory alignment for financial cycles and risk assessment.
  • Support Strategic Capacity Management (SCM), Long Range Production Plan (LRPP), Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP) updates and strategic process improvements with deep supply-chain configuration insight.
  • Optimize Inventory to support free cash flow while balancing P&L and service targets.

Procurement, warehouse & logistics

  • Lead procurement: on-time supply, supplier performance, cost improvement, and budget control.
  • Oversee warehouse (inbound, storage, outbound), inventory control, logistics, and import/export activities.

Compliance

  • Ensure GMP-related SOPs (warehousing, shipments, weighing, etc.) are maintained across site and suppliers.
  • Prepare and execute audit activities for your area.
  • Follow Company Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

People leadership & collaboration

  • Lead direct and indirect reports in a matrix environment to achieve operational and team goals.
  • Build a customer-focused, accountable team and champion talent development, DEI and retention.
  • Serve on the Israel Leadership Team (ILT).
  • Maintain strong relationships with Global Planning and cross-functional partners; implement global standard processes locally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years E2E Supply Chain/Operations experience; 3+ years in management.
  • Production planning/operations experience at a manufacturing site.
  • Healthcare/medical devices experience highly desirable; GMP environment experience required.
  • Proven change-management track record in E2E supply chain and planning.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen to drive inventory and P&L outcomes.
  • Team-oriented leadership with focus on attraction, retention and development.
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with OMP, SAP S4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI and Excel preferred.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
