What will you do?

• Manage day-to-day administration of HR processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
• Manage frontline communication with employees, respond to questions around HR policies, processes and practices.
• Handle day to day employee issues. Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR manager or Business Leads.
• Provide specialized administrative support to employees and Team Managers.
• Respond to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise.
• Administer and execute certain HR programs. Collect and analyze data to support HR activities.
• Should have a sound knowledge of payroll activity and statutory compliances. Process complex data requests.
• Handle new employee onboarding, ensure employee personnel files are real time updated Coordinates with employees for exit formalities
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.

What we look for?

• Masters in Human Resources with around 4+ years of experience in HR Data Analytics with HR operations or any other data analytics team.

• Experience of working in a Shared Service Center / BPO organization is a must.

• US MNC exposure is a must.

• Flexibility to working in shifts is required.

• Should have good command over Bulk data processing and has good hands-on skill on using statistical methods for analytics.

• Should have worked with HR Data Analytics and have high proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point etc.

• Exposure of handling Workday HRIS tool is preferred.

• Comfortable with building relationships at all levels of the organization and management

• Ability to effectively prioritize and a sense of urgency to drive for results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Being a positive role model for employees and the ability to communicate and influence JCI values & behaviors across the business.
