You will be responsible for the ongoing development and training of the sales force, building advanced selling capabilities and enhancing customer engagement. As a director, you will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.

· Oversee the launch of new products and deployment of marketing campaigns, ensuring all sales resources are fully leveraged.

· Monitor sales performance and key metrics, adjusting tactics to exceed revenue and market share targets.

· Deliver ongoing sales training and development programs, with a strong focus on Controls solutions and consultative selling.

· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with channel partners, distributors, and strategic customers to drive growth and loyalty.

· Provide high-level support for complex sales opportunities, drawing on your technical and commercial expertise.

· Track industry trends and competitive moves, translating market intelligence into actionable strategies.

· Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and progress updates to senior management.

What we look for:

· 10+ years of sales management experience in the Controls, Automation, or Building Technologies industry, ideally within indirect sales/channel partner environments.

· Track record of building, leading, and developing successful sales teams and partner networks.

· Demonstrated success in driving revenue, market share, and partner engagement across multiple European countries.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a metrics-driven approach.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels.

· Fluency in English required; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
