What you will do

We are looking for a Dublin / Leinster based, qualified HVAC/Refrigeration Service Engineer to join our growing team of specialised Chiller technicians commissioning and maintaining Chiller equipment and supporting customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

• Provide up to date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment.
• • Carry out commissioning, servicing, trouble shooting, and maintenance of Industrial water/air cooled Chillers and Heat pumps.
• • Act as the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.
• • Work mainly with the company’s largest customers in the Leinster area, predominantly within the foreign direct investment sector of Pharmaceutical, Life science and High Tech Clients.
• • Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do. Although often working without accompaniment you will be part of a team and contribute to towards its success.

What we look for

• Refrigeration F-GAS 2079 Certificate.
• Ammonia Experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Relevant Trade Qualification in Refrigeration, or A qualified industrial electrician willing to cross train on the York Chiller and heat pumps.
• Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Certificate
• Qualified to a minimum of NFQ 5
• Familiar and capable of delivering Service/Maintenance and repair of Water-cooled and Air-cooled Chillers
• Commissioning Experience on large ton Centrifugal and Screw chillers and heat pumps would be a distinct advantage but factory training will be provided.
• Have experience with major Chiller manufacturers such as York/ Sabroe/Trane/ Carrier/ Daikin.
• Capable of working without detailed procedures and with limited supervision.
• Full Clean Irish Driving Licence
