职位职责

  1. 向客户推广并销售楼宇自动化系统、电动阀门等产品;

  2. 拓展楼宇自控产品销售渠道,建立并维护经销网络,提供高质量客户服务,保持长期合作关系;

  3. 与业主及建筑公司关键决策人建立战略合作伙伴关系,推动销售业绩持续增长。

工作内容

  1. 开拓与优化楼控产品的销售渠道,建设并运营经销商网络,提供优质客户服务与方案交付体验;

  2. 运用销售工具制定月度/季度业务计划,识别并放大商机,推动订单转化与销售增长;

  3. 联合客户与设计院,完成初步系统选型、报价与技术解决方案,清晰呈现我司建筑服务的价值闭环;

  4. 以结果为导向,按月达成销售指标,并持续提升区域覆盖与业务深度。

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历,工科类相关专业背景;

  2. 两年以上弱电、阀门或楼宇自控行业销售经验;

  3. 具备优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神,能承受工作压力,具备独立跟进项目的能力;

  4. 具备客户经营思维与渠道建设意识,关注长期合作与口碑。
