What will you do?

You will supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes in receiving, storing, and distributing materials. Your responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

How will you do it?

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and manage staff performance.

• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, and disbursement of materials.

• Monitor and report on inventory levels, addressing shortages or surpluses.

• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and increase productivity.

• Train and mentor warehouse personnel on procedures and best practices.

What are we looking for?

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• +3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in English.

Preferred:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Forklift certification.
