OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Atención integral de las solicitudes de clientes que ingresan a través del sistema CRM, llamadas telefónicas u otros canales que la organización disponga como centro de contacto.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
Atender llamadas, chats de clientes regulares y corporativos.
Atender y solucionar solicitudes de los clientes por medio de Jobs internos según procesos definidos.
Apoyar la gestión de la supervisión de Servicio al Cliente en proyectos especiales.
Cumplir con los procesos establecidos según el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. Cumplir con las Políticas y Procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad e Higiene.
Requisitos:
Bachiller en educación media
Excel y Windows Básico
1 años de experiencia en puesto similares con funciones en: atención a clientes vía telefónica o en labores propias de Call Center
Pensamiento analítico
Enfoque en atención al cliente
