How you will do it:

  • Ensure the attendance to York product testing and commissioning and response to all related activities in a timely manner.
  • Ensure testing & commissioning and all its related activities are carried out accordingly to proper procedure and completed in timely at highest quality within the scheduled time frame.
  • Ensure high quality of engineering solutions is provided to customer.
  • Ensure all warranty jobs and all related activities such as warranty parts claim to be act in a timely and promptly manner.
  • Identify and provide training to field service personnel whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for updating field service personnel with the latest technical information especially for York chillers.
  • Identify and develop procedures of carrying out service task by generating Work Instructions.
  • Responsible for daily in-out record for all tools. 9. To evaluate and analyze reliability of tools.

What we look for:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
