What will you do?

This position is responsible for discovering and creating different scenarios with information collected from planning and purchasing to help us maker smarter decisions to deliver the best options to achieve Customer on time delivery focusing on effective alignment from planning – purchasing – execution.

This position will require you to gather data from multiple data sets and transform this data into actionable insights. These insights include but are not limited to data models, algorithm creation, machine learning, data mining, dashboards, and reports. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to create data solutions with the input from stakeholders that have little to no previous data knowledge and provide outputs that are understandable for all the stakeholders. A successful candidate should act with an entrepreneurial business mindset seeking out solutions that can provide the most business value business (CTB/LOB).

How will you do it?

• Research, develop, and refine a Short / Mid-term strategy for planning development of high scheduling execution considering materials availability and data visualizations.
• Collaboration with the order management, Planning, Purchasing, engineering and operations team in the Planning Line of balance to understand the company needs and devise possible data solutions.
• Communication of the results and insight to the key decision makers.
• Lead joint development efforts between multiple teams and databases to create self-sustainable solutions that drive how we conduct everyday business.
• Creation of predictive models and scenarios to be used for Planning and Material requirements

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business administration
• 2+ years’ practical experience with data processing, database programming, data visualizations, machine learning, neural networks and data analytics
• SAP experience
• Expert with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis (Excel) and proficiency in using Macro’s
• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Knowledge of fundamental business concepts, operations research and statistical techniques
