We are seeking a senior product manager to lead end-to-end new product development NPI product management for data center thermal management solutions, including liquid cooling, precision cooling, heat rejection, and thermal optimization systems. You will own product strategy, roadmaps, cross functional execution, and go to market for high reliability cooling products targeting cloud data centers, AI computing facilities, colocation, and enterprise DCs.

what you will do:1.

Product Strategy & Market Leadership:

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis for data center cooling; identify unmet needs around PUE reduction, energy efficiency, high density heat dissipation, reliability, and TCO.
  • Use market intelligence (customers, channels, competitors, technology, macro-economic environment, regulatory) to identify issues and opportunities that will direct the product management
  • Understand and align with top-down business strategies to define product strategy, positioning, pricing, and value proposition for thermal management products.
  • Build and maintain a long term product roadmap aligned with business goals and technology trends. And contributes to the LRP (long range planning) process for the business

New Product Lifecycle Ownership:

  • Leading NPI full lifecycle management, including phase in and out activities in partnership with product development engineering and regional PPM or sales leaders
  • Define technical and performance requirements: cooling capacity, temperature control, power consumption, flow rate, leakage protection, redundancy, and safety standards.
  • Prioritize features, manage trade offs (cost/performance/schedule), and own product requirements and success metrics.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Partner closely with R&D, mechanical, thermal, electronics, testing, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
  • Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and decision making to ensure on time/on budget launches.
  • Validate product performance with lab testing, field trials, and customer feedback.
    1. Lifecycle & Go to Market (GTM)
  • Develop launch collateral, sales tools, training, and technical materials.
  • Support key customer engagements, bids, and solution validation.
  • Monitor product performance, cost, quality, and feedback post launch; drive continuous improvement and obsolescence management.

Technology & Industry Leadership:

  • Track emerging technologies: liquid cooling (cold plate, immersion), CDU, smart cooling, AI based thermal control, waste heat recovery. Determines where to play, how to win and the right to win; customer- and market-driven
  • Support certification and compliance for data center industry standards.

What we want:

  • Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy & Power, HVAC, or related technical field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in data center cooling, thermal management, HVAC, or liquid cooling systems.

  • Direct experience with end to end new product development life cycle management

  • Technical understanding of data center thermal design, air cooling, liquid cooling, heat exchangers, or precision cooling units.

  • Demonstrated ability to write business cases, MRD/PRD, product specs, and roadmaps.

  • Strong cross team leadership, project management, and problem solving skills.

  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) for global collaboration is a plus.

  • Preferred Qualifications• Experience with AI computing, high density racks, or cloud data center customers.

  • Hands on experience with liquid cooling (cold plate / immersion) / CDU systems.

  • Knowledge of data center PUE, energy efficiency standards, and reliability design.

  • Familiarity with IPD, agile, or stage gate NPD processes.
