What you will do
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries. You’ll close subscription based sales for a defined set of products and services, working within a clear sales framework with set pricing, contract terms, and margins.
How you will do it
- Drive high volume outbound cold calling while also managing inbound sales opportunities
- Follow a clearly defined sales process to close subscription sales within fixed pricing and contract guidelines
- Maximise conversion rates by delivering persuasive, value-led sales conversations
- Increase overall deal value by identifying the best product fit and upsell opportunities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional customer journey
