What You Will Do
As a Payroll Data Analyst for the UK & Ireland, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll data is accurate, consistent, and ready for smooth outsourced processing. You will analyze and maintain payroll datasets, support data quality improvements, and help optimize how information flows between systems and teams. Your work will contribute to reliable payroll outcomes and strengthen our reporting, compliance, and data management processes.
How You Will Do It
- Work closely with our external payroll partners by preparing, validating, and delivering accurate data for each pay cycle.
- Use Excel and analytical tools to update, structure, and verify monthly payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, and other variable data.
- Review and audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies for the UK & Ireland.
- Track and maintain employee lifecycle data—new hires, leavers, and job changes—to keep records complete and consistent.
- Support correct application of deductions and benefits while ensuring compliance with UK & Ireland regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, respond to data‑related inquiries, and participate in audits and improvement projects to enhance payroll data processes.

What We Look For
Required
- A strong interest in working with data, numbers, or analytics—experience with payroll is welcome but not required
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage and structure information effectively
- Confident written and spoken English for communicating data insights and clarifying inputs
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel (you enjoy spreadsheets, data checks, and working with formulas)
- A high level of accuracy, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to develop deeper data skills
Preferred
- Any exposure to documenting processes, creating step‑by‑step instructions, or mapping data flows is a plus
- Enthusiasm for participating in team projects, data clean‑ups, or process improvements
- A degree in data analytics, finance, business, accounting, or a related field is an advantage (but not essential)
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is helpful, but not required
