岗位职责:1. 为使用江森自控设备和系统(暖通空调、楼宇控制、工业冷冻等)的客户提供服务,涵盖签订或未签订保养合同的客户;
2. 主动拜访客户,深入了解其业务需求与挑战,识别潜在问题并提供专业解决方案;
3. 以保养业务合作为基础,为客户提供增值服务,助力客户实现安全、可靠、高效及可持续发展的目标。

你将要做什么:1. 推动暖通空调的延伸服务销售,包括零配件更换、维修保养、系统调试等业务;
2. 根据业务策略,转化潜在客户,提升销售业绩并扩大市场覆盖率;
3. 定期高质量拜访客户,建立信任关系,深入挖掘需求,提供优选解决方案,创造更多业务机会;
4. 全面了解客户预算、采购计划、设备运行及竞争方案,基于客户核心利益提供常规及增值服务;
5. 协调运营、技术支持及相关职能部门,确保服务承诺兑现;
6. 熟悉服务业务流程,完成订单跟进、实施、效果监管、开票、收款及客户满意度追踪;
7. 达成公司业绩目标,持续提升客户满意度。

我们需要的是:

  1. 本科及以上学历,暖通、自控、机电等相关专业优先;
  2. 三年以上相关行业经验,熟悉中央空调、机房系统、水系统、末端空调及控制系统;
  3. 具备优秀的销售能力和客户沟通技巧,能快速建立信任并挖掘核心需求;
  4. 具备顾问式销售经验,能提供有价值的解决方案;
  5. 优秀的时间和项目管理能力,能高效制定拜访计划并推进项目;
  6. 有责任心、性格外向,沟通能力强。
