What you will do:
1.Adhere to the company's ethical policies, company regulations, policies and procedures, and comply with the quality requirements related to this position.
2.Lead the development of electrical architecture for liquid cooling systems (pump drivers, power modules, control logic, safety circuits, sensors) and coordinate with PM, product team as RCLP.
3.Define system-level electrical requirements, interface specifications, safety considerations, and redundancy strategies.
4.Serve as the key technical authority for electrical design throughout the product lifecycle.
5.Work within a dynamic/global team environment to deliver complex data centre projects (CDU/RDHx/Dry Cooler/Fluorine Pump).
6.Define and develop product electrical drawing design, BOM, panel layout, cost analyse and PLC/HMI programming, testing and optimizing.
7.Ensure product designs meet IEC/UL/CE/CCC and other relevant electrical safety standard and oversee validation test plans: DVPR, environmental stress, HALT/HASS, and long term reliability testing
8.Develop and maintain engineering documentation: specifications, risk assessments, DFMEA, and technical reports.
9.Responsible for resolving factory build and mass production electrical issues, field commissioning, trouble shooting and service training
10.Identify and drive adoption of new electrical design methodologies, components, and technologies for next generation liquid cooling platforms.
11.Support IP development, design patents, and competitive technical benchmarking
12.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities and excellent communication globally.
what we want:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in automation and electrical, more than 7 years' experience in HVAC/Data Centre industry, be familiar with CDU/RDHx/Dry Cooler.
2.More than 7 year related working experience and Background with liquid cooling or thermal management system is preferred
