What you will do

As a Product Support Engineer with French you will provide high quality, innovative, technical support to our diversified customers for our video security solutions. You will resolve customer logged technical issues through different remote support media (phone/email/chat, etc.).

How you will do it

• Providing technical support in Linux and Microsoft operating systems and applications

• Providing support documentation, including procedural documentation

• Fault finding, installation, commission and configuration of hardware, software and related IT equipment and devices

• Support of Linux server, network and computing infrastructure

• Testing/evaluating new technology and infrastructure

• Ensure ongoing compliance with agreed standard IT solutions and related security practices

What we look for

• Ability to work from the Belfast office three days a week

• Fluency in English and French (B2)

• Some knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage

• Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team

• Awareness of or some experience with Linux, internet networking and storage.

• Applicants must be familiar with IT, Software Engineering or hold a related degree.

• Candidates must be based in the UK and have work authorisation for UK full time employment.
