What you will do:

The Director Global Finance Transformation leads strategic initiatives to optimize & modernize processes, systems, and technology platforms across the Finance organization

This role collaborates closely with the Finance Functions and other key stakeholders to drive simplification, efficiency, automation, and digital innovation across the finance organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality insurance, compliance standards and improve customer experience

How you will do it:

• Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy

• Oversee implementation of advanced (Gen Ai) technologies to drive automation, predictive analytics and overall speed to financial insight

• Codesign / redesign core finance processes to achieve qualitative & quantitative benefits

• Lead organizational change management and ensure adoption across stakeholders

• Establish / improve governance frameworks for transformation projects, including KPIs and risk management

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of (digital) finance transformation & Continuous Improvement

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT with an MBA or CPA

• 15+ years of experience in finance – operations, accounting, controllership, transformation and/or technology leadership

• Strong knowledge / savviness of ERP systems, cloud platforms, (gen)Ai applications and data analytics tools

• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects

This is a hybrid role (3-4 days in office) at our Glendale, WI office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $141,000 - $211,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
