Are you ready for a dynamic role that combines strategic sales growth and fostering client relationships in the ever-evolving world of Navy and Commercial Marine? Join us as a Senior Sales Exec and become a key player in expanding our footprint in the UK market.

What You Will Do

Embark on an exhilarating journey to drive new service growth, focusing on HVAC equipment services, within the Naval, Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. Engage with both new and existing key accounts throughout the UK to provide project sales solutions for repair, replace, refurb, upgrades and retrofit of a range of cutting-edge products and services with particular emphasis on HVAC systems.

How You Will Do It

Lead the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy using enterprise tools and value selling concepts. Continuously adapt your sales strategy based on key findings, ensuring effective adoption of company systems, tools, and pricing policies. Blend field activity with industry networking to capitalize on every opportunity.

Leverage Salesforce.com for efficient lead management and collaborate with our Marketing function to tailor customer campaigns.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will

  • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate must hold, or be able to obtain, UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
  • Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities.
  • Technical understanding of HVAC systems and servicing requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and new developments.
  • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements.
  • Drive sales performance using Salesforce.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in field sales and relationship selling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM system – Training is provided.
  • Existing experience and client base in Naval, Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets.
  • Proven track record of selling technical service solutions.
  • Ability to present technical and commercial information.
  • Autonomous yet a proactive team player.
  • Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
