Apprentice Warehouse Operative 📍 Letchworth. This role will be based at our Letchworth distribution facility where you may work shift patterns so you will need to be able to travel to site.

To get on this prestigious apprenticeship programme we require 4’s or C’s in your GCSE English and Maths. Please include your certificates in your application.

At our distribution facility we handle a wide variety of building services products that are shipped worldwide. As a warehouse operative you will play a key role in the distribution process of our products. Come, be a part of our team and make a real difference🚀

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • You will learn how to manage inbound and outbound deliveries of key equipment for our engineering teams.

  • You will inspect deliveries to ensure all products meet quality standards.

  • Report any product discrepancies will also be part of your role.

  • You will learn how to manage stock levels and oversee inventory of existing products.

  • Training will be provided on how to use our stock management system to monitor stock levels.

  • You will use forklifts to store incoming deliveries.

  • Your tasks will also include outbound order picking, selecting products from stock, and ensuring all products are included in orders.

  • Finally, you will create shipping labels and send order confirmations to customers.

Where You’ll Train:🎓 Hawk Management
📚 Level 2 Supply chain warehouse operative qualification
🧠 Mix of college learning and hands-on mentoring. College is day release remotely

What You’ll Need:✅ GCSEs in English & Maths-Grade 4 (C) or above
✅ Comfortable working at heights
✅ Good Physical health, the job can be labour intensive at times
✅ Good vibes: team spirit, hardworking, communication skills, and a love for technology and Engineering
