- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to convert inquiries into orders.
- Calculate margins and coordinate with sales and management teams for pricing and negotiation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing basic technical advice.
- Drive proactive sales of products and services through phone and online channels.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective commercial activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in ERP/SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce).
This role requires:
- Proactive commercial attitude with strong goal orientation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic technical aptitude related to fire safety products.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Awareness of organizational context and ability to work collaboratively.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Support roles, preferably in the Fire Safety or related industry.
