Career:The Power Behind Your Mission Open Blue:This is How a Space Comes Alive How will you do it?

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to convert inquiries into orders.
  • Calculate margins and coordinate with sales and management teams for pricing and negotiation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing basic technical advice.
  • Drive proactive sales of products and services through phone and online channels.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective commercial activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry in ERP/SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce).

This role requires:

  • Proactive commercial attitude with strong goal orientation.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic technical aptitude related to fire safety products.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Awareness of organizational context and ability to work collaboratively.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Support roles, preferably in the Fire Safety or related industry.
