RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Meet production objectives to ensure timely service and product functionality.
It is responsible for meeting assigned production programs, through proper human, technical and material management. And Manage Assigned Customers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Develop Line Schedule plan,considering line rates and prepare production report.

EC Implementation, Perform Impact analysis and document, objective of reduce the risk of excess and obsolete material generation. Defining Phase in / phase out dates.

Add NPI Pilot runs to line schedule.

Subassy and FG inventory control vs SS levels Direct contact with Customers to ensure all the dates and requests are being answered and solved in a timely manner

Monitor on Time Shipments by request, lead time and promise dates. Keeping results above targets.

Responsible of the BE customer Service email, rush orders and customers’ requests. Expedites and escalations

Responsible to capture root cause analysis together with the Value stream team and action plan to improve metrics.

System Maintenance COOIS and Material Master

Responsible of rescheduling based on purchased components and capacity plans.

Responsible of creating recovery plans together with VST when past due accumulation or special projects to measure progress

Develop and participate in Kaizen events to improve plant metrics

Responsible of promote safe environment at work

Key element in the customer service and continuous improvement culture.

Responsible to monitor and maintain Past due in the lowest levels possible, by scheduling ahead due dates and creating action items with the VST for root causes

Develop Inventory reduction plans with VST for Subassy and FG by converting, reworking excess of material.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Skills: Bachelor in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Plenty understanding of MRP SAP
-
High Scheduling of Manufacturing Lines skills (schedule based on capacity, bottle necks, etc)

Knowledge of raw material purchases
-
Advanced Excel skills
-
Language: English advanced to communicate.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in production planning.

Personnel Department to provide timely notice of shift, salary and supervisor changes.
