Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Incentive Compensation Data Integration Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for our incentive compensation management processes. This role will ensure accurate data integration, calculation, reporting, and administration of sales compensation plans for SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) using ETL/Datawarehouse tools such as Informatica Cloud, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user support for Data Integration layer and SAP Callidus platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Support & Maintenance

  • Provide day-to-day support for Data Integration to SAP Callidus Incentive Compensation system.

  • Monitor and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and calculation errors.

  • Perform configuration changes and updates to compensation plans as required.

  • Data Management

  • Validate and load transactional data into SAP Callidus.

  • Ensure data integrity between SAP Callidus and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems).

  • Compensation Plan Administration

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining incentive compensation plans.

  • Support monthly/quarterly commission runs and payout processes.

  • Generate and distribute compensation reports and dashboards.

  • User Support & Training

  • Act as primary point of contact for end-user inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Provide training and documentation for business users on system functionality.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and system performance.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams on enhancements and new functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • 3+ year of experience supporting Data Integration to SAP Callidus (SAP Commissions) or similar incentive compensation systems.

  • Strong understanding of sales compensation processes and data flows.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in ETL and Data Warehouse tools such as Informatica Cloud, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory

  • Proficiency in SAP Callidus configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

  • Experience with integration between SAP Callidus and CRM/ERP systems.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Commissions cloud environment.

  • Knowledge of incentive compensation best practices.

  • Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools.
