What you will do

The Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls , UAE

Based in Dubai, the role shall emphasize in bringing in business through AMC contracts, Pull through &, retrofit jobs and control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.

How you will do it

• Compliance: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances
• Market Strategy: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.
• Business Development: Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.
• Collaboration: Work with internal pre-sales teams to create techno-commercial solutions.
• Proposal Preparation: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 2-5 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems
• Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and Pull-throughs
• License: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.
• Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment.
• Determined, results and self-driven, maturity and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
