Responsable de atender de manera oportuna y eficiente al público en general, a través de la central telefónica y personalmente, manteniendo altos estándares de servicio al cliente, representando la imagen de la empresa ante visitantes y ocupantes del inmueble.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestionar la central telefónica: recibir, realizar y dar seguimiento a llamadas, registrando y canalizando mensajes de manera adecuada.

Seguimiento a solicitudes de acceso recibidas mediante cualquier medio de comunicación (correo, plataforma, teléfono).

Proporcionar atención personalizada y profesional a todos los usuarios (clientes, proveedores, condóminos, visitas y público en general), orientándolos hacia las áreas o personas correspondientes conforme a los protocolos y políticas establecidas para control de accesos.

Administrar la recepción, registro y distribución de correspondencia, documentos e información (física y digital), siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.

Brindar apoyo en actividades administrativas al equipo de gestión del inmueble según se requiera.

Mantener en óptimas condiciones la apariencia y orden del área de recepción y Lobby de la torre.

Gestionar el registro de visitantes, control de accesos y emisión de gafetes o identificaciones temporales.

Apoyar en la comunicación de avisos importantes para los ocupantes del inmueble.

Seguimiento a plataformas para registro de visitantes y control de accesos.

Control de bitácora y archivo de control de accesos al edificio.
Gestión de clientes: Trato amable, comunicación asertiva, manejo de situaciones difíciles, seguimiento y continuidad.
Compras y gestión de proveedores: Recepción de mensajería, archivo.
Gestión de EH&S: Soporte en eventos de seguridad y protección civil.
Gestión de riesgos: Evaluación del personal visitante del sitio, cumplir con el protocolo de registro de visitas y manejo adecuado de la información confidencial.
