  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

Funciones:

Atención al cliente: Brindar un servicio excepcional a los clientes y visitas de una manera amable y cordial.

  • Logística de eventos: Organizar y llevar a cabo los eventos calendarizados con el presupuesto asignado.

  • Presupuesto: Manejo correcto de presupuesto para eventos.

  • Concierge: Conocer restaurantes y negocios cercanos al sitio para proporcionar información sobre ellos, así como la ayuda de reservaciones en los mismos.

  • Limpieza: Supervisar y mantener la limpieza del lobby.

  • Comunicación con los clientes: comunicar a los usuarios las iniciativas que se llevarán a cabo en la propiedad; a través de boletines, reuniones, presentaciones, etc.; y fomentar la comunidad entre los mismos.

  • Sensibilización a la Comunidad: estar en contacto con los líderes & grupos internos & externos de la comunidad local, para generar sinergia y brindar mayores beneficios a clientes y usuarios.

  • Reporte interno: proporcionar informes oportunos y respuestas rápidas a las solicitudes internas de información. Asistir a reuniones & foros solicitados.

  • Plataformas Tecnológicas: Administración de instrumentos digitales como páginas web, bases de datos, redes sociales, entre otras de la propiedad.

  • Proveedores: Tener comunicación con proveedores internos para el apoyo en el día a día y eventos.

  • Comunicación: Tener una excelente comunicación con los inquilinos dando respuesta concreta, correcta a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación (anuncios, mail, teléfono, etc.).
